Position Salary: $60,000/year + Quarterly Bonuses

About the Role
Our client is seeking Logistics Associate to join our Avon, OH team. This full-time role focuses on overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing inventory control and maintaining a safe working environment. The Logistics Associate plays a crucial role in coordinating shipping and receiving activities while optimizing the use of warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and managing workflows.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physical labor as required by the job.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Knowledge of distribution center processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Previous experience as a Logistics Associate is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and coordinate with other departments.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques to ensure safe movement of products within the warehouse.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
- Warehouse management experience
- Strong logistics background
