We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to maintain pristine conditions throughout the spa and provide exceptional service that meets 5-star hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the spa, including locker rooms, restrooms, sauna, pool deck, and hallways.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces using proper cleaning techniques and materials.
Replenish amenities and supplies in locker rooms and spa spaces.
Enforce spa rules and promote a peaceful and welcoming environment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any maintenance concerns.
Assist guests as needed and respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns.
Perform opening or closing duties as scheduled.
Adhere to grooming and uniform standards in accordance with hotel guidelines.
Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Comfortable working independently and following an established cleaning routine.
Ability to speak, read, and understand basic English.
Must be available to work early mornings or evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior hotel or spa experience is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Continuous standing and walking
Repetitive kneeling, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Ability to push or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or spa environments is highly desirable
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $21.50/hour + bi-weekly bonus potential
