CNC Operator/Robodrill
Must be able to set up and operate a FANUC Robodrill and double disc grinder. The qualified individual will have the ability to follow prints and specifications to set up and operate machines according to work instructions.
Responsibilities:
Matching of job packet to job, Control plans, Insert sheets, Proper gauging with progressive gauges, micrometers and calipers.
Proper machine guarding and completion of paperwork.
Qualifications:
Must have a complete understanding of proper machine operation and machine controls. This includes all mistake-proofing equipment.
Must understand importance of accurate record keeping.
2-5 years of prior experience.
Ability to read job orders, measuring instruments, blueprints and specifications.
