2+ years of rotating clamp forklift experience
Familiarity with corrugated materials preferred
Must pass a practical skills evaluation
Shifts Available:
3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. (Most common)
2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Occasional availability)
Start Date & Orientation Details:
Two orientation classes are held each month
Class size limited to 15 associates
Orientation is scheduled only when the full class is filled
Dress Code:
Jeans and t-shirts only (no tears, swears, or political content)
No shorts or tank tops
Close-toed shoes required (no steel toe needed)
20-minute math test (fractions and ruler conversions)
Must miss fewer than 10 questions to proceed
2nd Round:
Scheduled interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist
Additional Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years for Forklift and Clamp Operators
Background Check: Conducted by the client (National & County – no violent crimes)
Drug Test: Performed by the client (required upon job offer)
Alcohol Test: Performed by the client (required upon job offer)
Medical Test: Hearing test and physical performed by the client (required upon job offer)
I-9 Documentation: Required
Timesheets & Conversion:
Associates use client-provided timesheets
Conversion to client payroll after 60 working days
