Job Duties:
The Cook is responsible for preparing and producing food efficiently and accurately while following food safety policies, procedures, and recipes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform food preparation and production tasks according to established guidelines.
- Assist as a Prep Cook, completing prep work before transitioning to support the mainline during operating hours.
- Maintain portion control and ensure all food items meet standard temperature and presentation requirements.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with food handling regulations.

- Target Pay Rate Range: Up to $23.00 per hour

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should have prior cooking experience, preferably in an institutional setting, with a focus on scratch cooking and high-volume food preparation.
