We’re currently looking for dependable and safety-focused ATSSA-certified flaggers to support our traffic control team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are alert, reliable, and ready to work outdoors—starting immediately!

Note: All PPE must be returned at the end of your assignment. If not, the cost will be deducted from your paycheck.
Position Overview:
As a Road Flagger, you'll play a critical role in directing traffic and keeping construction zones safe for workers, motorists, and pedestrians. This is a physical, outdoor role that requires strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage traffic safely around work zones
Set up and take down cones, signage, and barriers
Communicate clearly with other team members and supervisors
Stay alert and respond to traffic conditions in real-time
Follow all local traffic laws and company safety policies
Use stop/slow paddles, flags, radios, and hand signals
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid ATSSA Flagger Certification required
Ability to stand and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Excellent communication and focus
Prior flagging or traffic control experience is a plus, but not required
