Job Summary
We’re hiring dependable Machine Operators to support daily production needs. You’ll be responsible for running and monitoring machines, handling materials, and performing basic troubleshooting to keep operations running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery according to safety standards and company procedures
Monitor equipment performance and report any irregularities
Conduct routine maintenance and clean machines to ensure optimal function
Load materials and feed machines, ensuring proper measurements and quality control
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be safety-conscious and follow all guidelines
Good communication and teamwork skills
