Job Title: Roll-Off Truck Driver
Location: Hiram, GA
Pay Rate: $25 – $27 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional emergency nights/weekends as needed

About the Role
An established environmental services company in Hiram, GA is seeking an experienced Roll-Off Truck Driver. This position is more than just driving—you’ll be hands-on with labor tasks in addition to operating the truck. We’re looking for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to be part of a hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently to transport waste and recyclable materials
  • Perform physical labor, including loading/unloading and handling materials
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment
  • Follow all DOT, company, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
  • Be available for rare emergency work during nights and weekends

Requirements

  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL
  • Proven roll-off truck driving experience
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to work occasional emergency shifts on nights/weekends
  • Must pass a federal background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness
