Overview:
We’re seeking a Silver Brazing Technician to set up and operate both gas-torch (double-tip) and induction brazing equipment for precision tube assemblies and stainless-steel components. You’ll fixture parts, apply silver-copper filler and flux, and control heat to produce leak-tight, durable joints. The role requires reading job travelers and blueprints, performing dimensional inspections with calipers and micrometers, and pressure-testing or leak-checking each assembly. Applicants must have hands-on experience in silver brazing, strong mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment operating equipment.
- Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/32".
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Ability to lift parts up to 35 pounds.
