Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable and hard-working Plant Clean-Up Team Member to support facility operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment—both inside and outside the plant. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness and safety, is comfortable working in changing weather conditions, and has forklift experience or is open to being trained.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clean-up tasks throughout assigned areas of the plant—indoors and outdoors.
Use a forklift to haul, store, or dispose of large items and debris (forklift training provided if needed).
Rake and clear debris around building exteriors; maintain cleanliness of surrounding yard areas.
Paint exterior fixtures and components to maintain company standards.
Replace or install faded, damaged, or missing safety and facility signage.
Rotate between assigned focus areas daily or weekly, based on facility needs and direction from the Hiring Manager or site lead.
Support indoor cleaning tasks when weather limits outdoor work.
Follow all safety protocols and attend required safety and equipment training.
Requirements:
Must pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials and equipment safely.
Forklift experience preferred (certification will be provided if needed).
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
