Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift (Flexible start times: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $20-$23/PH
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeroom Coordinator to manage inventory operations and support maintenance teams at our facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring material availability, accuracy of inventory records, and the overall efficiency of our storeroom.
The ideal candidate will have experience with computerized maintenance systems (CMMS), warehouse operations, and preferably forklift certification (or willingness to be trained).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate storeroom operations, including inventory tracking, material receipt, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using Maximo or similar CMMS (experience with Maximo is a plus).
- Perform regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and document resolutions.
- Organize and maintain storage locations and ensure materials are easily accessible.
- Collaborate with maintenance, purchasing, and accounting teams to align inventory needs and usage.
- Handle incoming materials and prepare items required for scheduled work orders.
- Complete basic computer tasks such as data entry, emailing, and updating inventory records.
- Operate forklifts to move materials safely (forklift certification preferred; training available).
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory or storeroom management in an industrial environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
Preferred Skills:
- Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained).
- Experience using Maximo or similar CMMS software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and manufacturing environments.
