Job Title: White Glove Delivery Specialist
Pay: $18.00–$27.00/hour
Job Type: Full-time

Our team works with designers, architects, and custom builders across the Southwest, with occasional projects in destinations like South Florida and Montana. Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven setting
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Capable of leading crews of 1 to 5 team members
• Reliable, courteous, and safety-focused
• Ability to read, write, and complete reports and checklists
• Familiarity with truck inspections and safety protocols
• Clean driving and safety record
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening
• At least one year of commercial driving experience
• Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement)

Job Duties:

• Follow all safe driving and handling practices
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Load, unload, and transport furniture according to company standards
• Communicate with dispatch and clients throughout the route
• Assemble and position furniture as specified by the customer
• Remove packaging and maintain a clean, professional work area
• Confirm successful deliveries and obtain customer sign-offs
