1st shift 7 am until 3 or 330 pm)
2nd shift
(Hours 3 or 330 pm until 11 or until complete - may be OT - must be flexible with end time)
$18/hr - Paid Weekly
Objective/Purpose
Cleaning and sanitation
- General cleaning procedures
- All cleaning operations will follow all safety and GMP guidelines.
- Unsanitary conditions, in work areas, shall be cleaned immediately
- Employees will practice proper personal hygiene habits
- Employees take appropriate precautions when going between production zones to prevent cross contamination of finished product.
- Employees wear a clean, company provided smock each production day. Employees will change outer garments (company provided smocks) when it becomes soiled, wash hands with soap and water and put-on clean gloves.
- Pre-operational Activities
- Before production starts Sanitation is to put a light layer of salt down where the floor might be slick including but not limited to freezer exits were ice sometimes formed.
- Operational Activities
- Sanitation is required to clean underneath equipment.
- Removing cheese, sauce, crust, boxes, and other waste.
- Sanitation is required to breakdown cardboard and take full cardboard totes to receiving.
- Sanitation is required to empty all trash and inedible containers at the garbage dock in their respective bin.
- Sanitation is to remove condensation from ceiling, as needed.
- Sanitation is to leave grey bins, squeegees, shovels, and brooms in their respective areas.
