1st shift - 6 am - 230 pm $18/hr
2nd shift 2 pm - 10:30 pm $18.50/hr
Are you looking for a stable manufacturing position where safety, teamwork, and reliability matter? We're hiring Baler Operators to join a fast-paced production team!
What You'll Do:
- Safely operate industrial baling equipment
- Process and crush materials following operating procedures
- Load and unload materials using a depalletizing system
- Inspect and report production counts and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Report equipment or safety concerns immediately
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
✅ Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (training provided)
✅ Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
✅ Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Reliable attendance and positive attitude
✅ Safety-minded with the ability to wear required PPE
