Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.64 – $25.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL B Driver with a current DOT certification to join our team in Grand Rapids. This position involves operating a flatbed truck (over 26,000 lbs., equipped with air brakes) to deliver products to customer locations within a one-hour radius of the branch. Drivers will also be responsible for loading and unloading products or pallets at both the branch and customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL B flatbed truck with air brakes.
- Deliver products locally within a one-hour radius of the branch.
- Load and unload products or pallets using proper equipment and techniques.
- Verify orders and ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
- Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations.
Requirements
- Valid CDL B license with current DOT certification.
- Experience operating flatbed trucks over 26,000 lbs. with air brakes.
- Ability to lift, load, and unload products and pallets safely.
- Strong safety record and commitment to compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
