Cold Side Production Associate – Food Manufacturing

$14/hr Paid Weekly
*Perfect attendance incentive extra pay of 5 hours a week for perfect attendance
Monday - Thursday 7 am - 2/3 pm
Friday 7 am - 10/11 am
This role focuses on assembling and packaging fresh food products in a refrigerated production environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and package fresh food items
Maintain a clean, sanitary work area
Follow GMP and food safety guidelines
Assist with cleaning duties as needed
Follow supervisor direction and production standards
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 36 lbs (most lifting under 10 lbs)
Comfortable working in a cold, refrigerated environment
Closed-toe shoes required
GMP attire required (aprons, gloves, hair nets provided)
No foodservice experience required — we will train the right candidate.
