Job Description: The job of a Fulfillment Team Member is to play a part in order fulfillment from start to finish. The duties can range in the various areas of labeling, box making, picking, packing, and loading trucks. They are responsible for being as accurate as possible, whether labeling a box correctly, running the box machine, picking the product for the order, or packing it with the correct materials and weight distribution. This member is also responsible for being as efficient as possible, a combination of speed and accuracy in whatever department they are assigned. This team member is not limited to one department but can be needed in all departments, even multiple departments per shift.
