3rd shift operator:
agile with the ability to bend/lift up to 50 pounds & stand 8+ hours
Regular Shift Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Training Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Pay rate: $18.50/hour
** NEED to train on 1st shift (6am-2pm) for one week

As a Machine Operator daily tasks could consist of:
- Making sure the production line has the proper materials each run,
- Operates production lines in accordance with work instructions to produce quality product made within established specifications.
Essential Functions
- Ensures proper code dates are programmed for each product produced.
- Measures, records and adjusts machine and to maintain product consistency and appearance within specifications.
- Maintains product weight within specifications.
- Constantly monitors the appearance of the product and takes the necessary corrective actions to maintain it within specifications.
- Properly fills out all records and reports, in accordance with applicable work instructions.
- Must work various shifts and hours including holidays and weekends.
- Communicates with batch matchers.
- Use both hands to put wick clips on candles and gently pull on wick to make sure it is centered.
- Performs tasks necessary in producing a quality product, effectively and on time.
- Minimizes downtime and scrap.
- Completes records as required, production reports.
- Quality control data, etc.
- Must have knowledge of parts and materials used in the manufacturing process.
- Ability to pack component parts to prevent damage in shipment to the customer.
- Must have the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Skill and care in moving materials to the shop floor.
- Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Setting up manufacturing equipment.
