Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85022
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day repairs and general upkeep of apartment units. This role is essential in preparing units for new residents and ensuring ongoing maintenance needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair duties in apartment units and common areas
Troubleshoot and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
Handle basic plumbing tasks including unclogging drains and fixing leaks
Conduct carpentry work such as patching walls, repairing doors, and replacing locks
Respond to and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience in residential or apartment settings preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
Ability to use standard hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
