Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Weekly Pay | Mandatory Overtime as Needed
Job Overview:
We’re seeking reliable and safety-minded Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production line. You’ll help with day-to-day operations, support maintenance activities, monitor product quality, and ensure production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all standard operating procedures, safety policies, and company guidelines
Use proper PPE at all times and maintain equipment in working condition
Operate machinery and perform tasks as directed by supervisors or trained staff
Monitor product quality and alert supervisors of any issues
Perform start-up and shutdown tasks on the production line
Cross-train across various positions to support different areas of the plant
Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
Support line maintenance activities like greasing, adjusting, and cleaning parts
Promote a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Assist in training new hires and laborers
Participate in safety meetings and conduct audits as needed
Follow lock-out/tag-out and hazard communication procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
Experience with SOPs or working with chemicals is a bonus
Basic math skills required
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
Must demonstrate knowledge of safety practices and policies
Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs safely
Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a production plant with varying temperatures
Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks
Must have 20/20 vision (corrected is fine)
