Job Title: Molding Supervisor

Schedule: 1st Shift | 45–55 hours weekly

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Molding Supervisor to join our production team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys leading others, and is passionate about quality and safety.

The Molding Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, guide operators, monitor production output, and ensure all procedures meet company standards. You’ll play a key role in training, coaching, and supporting your team while helping us meet production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Review production instructions at the start of each shift
• Direct and support operators to achieve maximum production output
• Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to meet goals
• Step in to perform key tasks when short-staffed or during breaks
• Coach operators, provide feedback, and ensure proper training (OJT)
• Verify accuracy of production data and maintain records
• Communicate and assist with preventive and predictive maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and enforce all safety policies
• Participate in Hazmat Response Team and required safety training
• Ensure raw material quality and report any discrepancies
• Take corrective action for nonconforming products or processes
• Attend and initiate meetings to address production or quality issues

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to make quick decisions
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and promote teamwork
• Reliable, with excellent on-time attendance
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on machinery
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and shift between tasks quickly
• Commitment to safety, ISO-9001-2015 standards, and continuous improvement
• English-speaking and understanding required (for safety and training purposes)

• PPE: Steel or composite toe shoes required (safety glasses provided)
• Dress Code: Jeans and t-shirt
• Physical: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
