Production Associate
Archbold, OH
2nd Shift: $18.00/hour
Paid Weekly
Shift Details (Flexibility Required):
- Must be available and flexible with start times, end times, and days
- Be prepared to work 8–12 hour shifts
- 2nd Shift: Start at 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM, end between 10:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Position Overview:
- Support daily manufacturing operations on the production floor
- Assist with assembling, packaging, and inspecting products
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on production lines assembling, packaging, or inspecting products
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards
- Work as part of a team to support operations
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Flexibility with schedule and overtime
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
