We’re looking for strong Production Line Leads who can jump in, take charge, and keep a fast-moving manufacturing line running smoothly. This role is hands-on, mechanical, and perfect for someone who knows how to guide a team and keep production on track.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and support the production team on the assembly line
• Keep daily operations moving and meet production goals
• Troubleshoot equipment (forklifts, hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Train new team members
• Handle basic mechanical tasks and line changeovers
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on materials/inventory
• Maintain safety, quality, and documentation
What You Need:
• Experience in manufacturing or a factory setting
• Leadership or line lead background preferred
• Comfortable using tools, forklifts, and mechanical equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
