Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Overview

We’re hiring Inspectors to join a busy manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before they leave the production line. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where reliability, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Document inspection results and report any defects or issues to a supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and support continuous improvement.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection is a plus but not required.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

• Safety toe shoes
• Safety glasses
• High-visibility vest
• Ear plugs

Dress Code

• Jeans in good condition (no rips, tears, or holes) that fit properly at the waist.
• Plain T-shirt tucked in (non-offensive graphics allowed, no logos or branded wear).
• No shorts, leggings, or athletic wear permitted.
• Long hair must be tied back and secured.
• Remove all facial jewelry prior to reporting to work.

Additional Details

• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Upon arrival, call the supervisor from the parking lot and park near shipping and receiving.
• Supervisor will provide building access upon arrival.
