Select & Pack Associates
Pay: $16.75/hr paid weekly

Schedule: 12-hour rotating swing shifts (know the schedule a month in advance)
Training Schedule:
- Week 1: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Week 2: Monday–Friday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
- Week 3: Transition to the 12-hour rotating schedule
Position Summary:
Join a leading glass manufacturing facility as a Pack & Select Associate. In this role, you'll inspect, sort, package, and prepare finished glass products for shipment while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Shift Information
- Rotating swing shifts required, including 1st and 3rd shifts
- Must be available to work 7 days a week as production demands require
- Overtime available after 40 hours per week

Essential Responsibilities
- Inspect finished glassware for defects, chips, cracks, and quality concerns.
- Sort products according to quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Package glassware safely and accurately to prevent damage during shipment.
- Assemble cartons, prepare pallets, and label finished products.
- Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Remove defective products and report quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
