Job Title: Pallet Stacker
Location: Univeristy Park, IL
Pay Rate: Pay is $16.55 until July 1st then bumps to $16.60/hr
***Special Request: must be able to lift 25lb boxes, be on feet all day

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pallet Stacker to support warehouse operations. This role involves organizing and stacking boxes on pallets according to size and type, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting physical demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack boxes on pallets based on designated configurations
• Use supporting materials like corner boards, pallet wraps, and straps as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with company standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and complete any necessary training
• Begin work on time and complete tasks efficiently
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or leads

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Fast-paced, cold, and wet environment (38°F to 50°F)
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and grasping while standing and kneeling
• Must be able to lift up to 25-45 lbs regularly
• Requires food-safe behavior in compliance with facility guidelines
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic reading and writing skills in English
• Bilingual () preferred but not required
• Ability to work well with supervisors, leads, and colleagues
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Comfortable working in fluctuating temperatures and around moving machinery
