WARHOUSE MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW
Take charge of our client’s complete warehouse operation—managing incoming materials and outgoing shipments to both domestic and international customers. Oversee all daily operations, leading their warehouse team, and partnering with transportation providers to keep our plant running smoothly and our customers delighted. This isn't a desk job. RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead high-volume warehouse operations—receiving, storage, and shipping
- Assist in managing domestic shipments and off-site warehouses
- Partner with transportation providers to meet plant needs and customer deadlines
- Drive customer satisfaction through flawless execution and on-time delivery
- Build and develop a high-performing warehouse team
- Ensure inventory accuracy, safety standards, and quality excellence
- Solve problems fast and implement continuous improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- 5+ years leading and coaching teams in high-volume environments
- Experience managing onsite and offsite warehouse operations
- Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction
- Forklift certification
